Once boundaries and site control is established, we can setout the location of your roadworks and stormwater services etc in relation to your land boundaries as per your design plans. Levels can also be provided to allow for accurate cut/fill if required. Careful calculations ensure your roadworks and services are built in the exact location and heights it was intended.

WORK AS EXECUTED (WAE)/AS BUILT SURVEY

Prior to an Occupation Certificate, one of Council’s requirements will be to have a Registered Surveyor measure the ‘As-Built’ works constructed and sign off, so a Civil Engineer can issue the Certificate of Compliance stating the system complies. We will survey and measure all relevant constructed elements and present them on a plan marked in RED, suitable for the purpose.
