SMALL AND LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENTS
Whether it’s for Development Application (DA) or design purposes, we carry out detail & level surveys (topographical) surveys on any size land, from small residential lots to large estates. A detail survey can be used by a Town Planner to accompany a DA, or an architect to design your next dream home. All Councils will require one for DA (and even Complying Development Certificate (CDC)), and many these days are now requiring they be signed by a Registered Surveyor.
With a team of Registered Surveyors, we can establish and mark out the exact location of your legal property boundaries. Did you know the only professional vested with the right to state where a legal property boundary is, is a Registered Surveyor?
Once boundaries and site control is established, we can setout your new building in relation to your property boundaries as per your design plans. Careful calculations ensure your building is built in the exact location it was intended.
When you are looking at purchasing a new property, you need the peace of mind that all structures and occupations are contained wholly within your legal property boundaries. An Identification Survey shows on a sketch the position of these in relations to your boundaries along with a report stating all legal encumbrances that may be burdened upon your land.
Prior to an Occupation Certificate, one of Council’s requirements will be to have a Registered Surveyor carry out a Final Check Survey to ensure all newly built structures have been contained within your legal property boundaries. We will survey, measure and show on a sketch the position of these new structures in relation to your boundaries, along with a report stating the full description of your land.
Prior to an Occupation Certificate, one of Council’s requirements will be to have a Registered Surveyor measure the ‘As-Built’ works constructed and sign off, so a Civil Engineer can issue the Certificate of Compliance stating the system complies. We will survey and measure all relevant pits, pipes, tanks, floor levels, etc and present it on a plan marked in RED, suitable for the purpose.
