When negotiating the rental rates and details of lease, a Lease Survey (previously known as a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Survey) will be required. With Ramsay surveyors, be assured that the provision of the appropriate Lease Area Survey which will be prepared according to the guidelines outlined by the Property Council of Australia. These surveys may include:

Gross Lettable Area Surveys (GLA) – Industrial
Gross Lettable Area – Retail Surveys (GLAR) – Retail Tenancies
