SMALL AND LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENTS

Once boundaries and site control is established, we can setout your new building in relation to your land boundaries. This will be done as per your design plans and consequent surveys can be carried out on each level to assist in the accurate construction of your building. Careful calculations ensure your building and internal services are built in the exact location it was intended.

SITE ESTABLISHMENT

With a team of Registered Surveyors, we can establish your legal land boundaries and/or relevant existing structures, giving you the ease of mind to assist in the setting out of the exact positioning of your proposed building in relation to its surroundings and/or the external boundaries of your site.

WORK AS EXECUTED (WAE)/AS BUILT SURVEY

Prior to an Occupation Certificate, one of Council’s requirements will be to have a Registered Surveyor measure the ‘As-Built’ works constructed and sign off, so a Civil Engineer can issue the Certificate of Compliance stating the system complies. We will survey and measure all relevant constructed elements and present them on a plan marked in RED, suitable for the purpose.
